Kilbane Focacceria was born from a love of good food, great bread and the simple pleasure of a really good sandwich.

We specialise in freshly baked focaccia, made by hand and topped with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by the flavours of Italy. From creamy stracciatella and mozzarella to mortadella, prosciutto, nduja and homemade pestos, every sandwich is built around quality and flavour.

Our focaccia is made from scratch and carefully prepared to create the texture we love — beautifully crisp on the outside, soft and airy inside, with plenty of those big, irregular bubbles that make great focaccia so satisfying.

We believe you don't need to overcomplicate good food. Start with great bread, use quality ingredients and let the flavours speak for themselves.

Everything we serve is prepared with care, from our focaccia and fillings to our salads, sauces and accompaniments. We keep our menu focused so that we can concentrate on doing a few things really well.

You'll find us at local markets and events around Berkshire and the Thames Valley, serving freshly made focaccia sandwiches and Italian-inspired food to our local community.
